This Privacy Policy explains how Camera Master Guide ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of data to run your account and provide the App's features:

Permissions the App Requests

INTERNET / NETWORK STATEConnecting to our servers to fetch camera data and sync your account.

Third-Party Services

The App uses trusted third-party services to power certain features. These services are governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google): for managing accounts and storing profile and saved-items data.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): for sending in-app notifications.
Firebase Analytics (Google): for understanding app usage and improving the user experience.
Google AdMob: for displaying ads within the App, which may use the advertising ID to show relevant ads.

How We Use Your Data

Creating and signing in to your account, and keeping it secure.
Displaying your saved cameras and reviews.
Sending app-related notifications (can be turned off in Settings).
Improving app performance and content through statistically anonymized analytics.
Showing ads within the App to support its continued free availability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Limited data is shared only with the service providers listed above (Google Firebase and AdMob) to the extent necessary to run the App, in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App via Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data and saved items are permanently removed from our servers and this action cannot be undone. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us directly at the email address below.

Data Security

We rely on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure for storing and transmitting data, and passwords are encrypted and never stored as plain text. That said, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under this age, we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Access and edit your personal data stored with us from within the App.
Request full deletion of your account and data.
Turn off notifications at any time from the App or device settings.
Contact us with any questions about your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated effective date above, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
